Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tests to determine the purity, weight, and authenticity of gold and other precious metals.
Use appropriate testing equipment such as acid tests, electronic gold testers, and XRF machines.
Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare required reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines during all testing procedures.
Safeguard and maintain the integrity of gold items during testing.
Provide expert advice on gold quality and valuations to stakeholders.
Identify and report counterfeit or substandard gold items.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have completed SLC/SEE or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience as a Gold Tester in a bank or financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
Age must not exceed 30 years as of the application deadline.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection rounds.
