Position: Junior Trainee Assistant (JTA)- 40 Numbers

The bank is currently recruiting for 40 Junior Trainee Assistant positions. This entry-level role offers a pathway into the banking sector, with successful candidates being assigned to various branches and departments throughout the organization. Upon completion of the training period, selected individuals may be placed anywhere in Nepal according to the bank’s requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates interested in applying should meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any management stream from a recognized university
Minimum second division academic standing
Age not exceeding 28 years as of the application deadline
Fresh graduates are particularly encouraged to apply

Selection Process
