The company has issued 6 lakh 97 thousand 200 IPO shares for the general public at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

In the IPO, a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 20,000 shares can be applied for.

Of the 840,000 shares allotted to the general public, 84,000 shares were issued to Nepalis working abroad, 42,000 shares to the collective investment fund, 16,800 shares to the employees, and the remaining 6,97,200 shares were issued to the general public.
