🔧 Steps to Renew Health Insurance Online:

Option 1: Using Nagarik App

1. Download and log into the Nagarik App.
2. Navigate to the Health Insurance section.
3. Choose Renew Policy.
4. The app will fetch your details (based on linked citizenship/ID).
5. Proceed to payment via Khalti, eSewa, or connectIPS.
6. Complete the payment and confirm renewal.

Option 2: Using Khalti / eSewa / connectIPS

1. Open your preferred wallet app (e.g., Khalti or eSewa).
2. Search for “Health Insurance Board” or “Swasthya Bima” in the services list.
3. Enter your family ID or insurance ID.
4. Confirm details and pay the renewal premium.
5. After payment, you may receive a confirmation message or reference number.
