1. Candidates should use only dot pen/pen with black ink in the answer sheet.
2. Since no candidate will be admitted to the examination without the admit card, he must bring the admit card with him and arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
3. Mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall.
4. Even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
5. 20% of the marks will be deducted for incorrect answers to multiple choice questions.
6. When writing the answers to objective multiple choice questions, only the answers written in capital letter A, B, C, D will be recognized.
7. In the exam, along with the admit card issued by the relevant body, you must bring your citizenship or any identity card issued by the government of Nepal.
8. According to the provision in rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079, a writing assistant is required 10 (ten) days before the examination is conducted by the candidate to appear in person at the office of the Commission conducting the examination
   Application must be made in advance.
