Office Assistant (Number of positions: 2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle telephone inquiries.
Facilitate visitors coming to the Embassy for various consular services.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
Process consular applications as assigned by the Embassy.
Perform other tasks related to the Embassy as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualification:
➢ Age between 21 to 35 years old
➢ High School Diploma
➢ Preferably two years of work experience
➢ Have good public relations skills
➢ Fluent in English language (both written and spoken)
➢ Computer and IT skills
➢ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
➢ Strong interest and willingness to share knowledge with- and learn from- colleagues
