Who Should Apply? (Requirements)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of HRIS, attendance, or payroll systems preferred
  • Solid understanding of HR documentation, payroll processes, and compliance
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and spoken)
  • Independent, responsible, and proactive — able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • People-oriented, approachable, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Own two-wheeler with a valid license
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)

As Assistant Manager – HR & Administration, you’ll play a central role in shaping the employee experience and keeping HR operations running smoothly, including:

  • Overseeing the full HR cycle — recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
  • Maintaining and updating employee databases (personal details, attendance, performance records)
  • Implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • Managing recruitment end-to-end: job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection
  • Tracking attendance, leave balances, and punctuality records
  • Monitoring performance reviews, probation evaluations, and follow-up actions
  • Handling employee relations — addressing queries and grievances while promoting a positive culture
  • Ensuring compliance with the Nepal Labor Act, SSF, and internal company policies
  • Overseeing day-to-day office administration, logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Managing company vehicle records, servicing, insurance, and related compliance
  • Handling the complete offboarding process — resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and handover
  • Supporting general administrative tasks and internal documentation
