A. Branch Manager –
1 Position, Janakpur
i. Work closely at field to represent eSewa and various services
Core Functions:
ii. Work closely with field teams to onboard eSewa agents iii. Deliver training to agents
iv. Review data and reports submitted by field coordinators and maintain proper database
v. Manage the field teams and ensure the achievement of the assigned targets. vi. Coordinate with concerned departments
Eligibility Criteria:
i. Bachelors in Business/Economics/Rural Development (Masters preferred)
ii. 4+ years of experience preferably working in microfinance/ cooperatives/financial sector
iii. Experience in providing trainings and willing to travel to other districts

B. Program Officer – 2 Positions, Janakpur (1), Butwal (1) (Preferably Female)
Core Functions:
i. Deliver training to agents as per the training module developed for the agents
ii. Collect data and prepare reports and submit them to the line manager
iii. Promote digital payments in the locality
iv. Coordinate with Branch Manager/ concerned departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
i. Bachelors in Business/Economics/Rural Development
ii. 3+ years of experience in supporting small businesses/MSMEs to enhance their capacity iii. Fluency in written and spoken English and willing to frequently travel to the field

C. District Coordinators- 25 Positions
Saptari (3), Siraha (3), Sarlahi (3), Mahottari (2), Rolpa 2, Dhanusha (2), Rautahat (2), Rupandehi (2), Kapilvastu (2), Dang (2), Pyuthan (2)
Core Functions:
i. Conduct timely field visits and onboard agents onto the platform
ii. Deliver training to agents as per the training module developed for the agents
iii. Promote digital payments in the locality iv. Coordinate with Branch Manager/Cluster coordinator and concerned departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
i. +2 or Bachelors in Business/Economics/Rural Development
ii. Willing to frequently travel to the field.
