Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for British Gurkhas Army & Singapore Police
Educational Qualification:
1. S.L.C. Passed at least third division (even if compartmental pass) or equivalent.
2. The new S.E.E. Only those who have achieved minimum 3C and 2D grading will be recognized in the grading system.
3. C grading in English and Mathematics should be mandatory for admission in British Gurkha.
4. C grading in English should be mandatory for recruitment in Singapore Police but those who have passed in Mathematics will be recognized.
Age: Must be at least 18 years of age by January 1, 2022 and at least 21 years of age.
Height: Must be at least 158 cm.
How To Apply or Who Can Apply for British Gurkhas Army & Singapore Police
BMI: Must be 18-28 (advice will be given at the time of registration).
Eyeglasses Contact lenses: Crossed eyes or no eyes or large or small eyes.
Spectacles / contact lenses / laser surgery will not be accepted.
Teeth: No more than 2 faults, no false teeth. It should not be eaten by insects, should not come in or out and should not be eaten.
