As per the circular of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, all the District Administration Offices have been directed to cancel all the other types of passes including E PasS issued from 2077/2/3 and issue a new format pass.
Those who apply for a vehicle pass for the most urgent work should open all the details in the form mentioned below and send the proof of the need for the pass to the email address of the District Administration Office.
