Preferred / Additional Qualifications

Senior Manager/Assistant Manager: CA or Semi-Qualified CA preferred, along with experience as head of the Accounts/Monitoring Department in a microfinance institution.
Senior Officer/Junior Officer: Bachelor’s in Management preferred, with experience as Province, Area, Monitoring, or Branch Chief in a microfinance institution.
Supervisor: Proficiency Certificate holders with experience as a Branch Chief in a microfinance institution.
Senior Assistant/Assistant: Experience in accounts and field-related work of a microfinance institution.
Junior Assistant: SLC or equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector.
Junior Assistant (Trainee): SLC or equivalent passed, must be able to ride a motorcycle/bicycle, with priority given to candidates willing to work in hilly and rural areas.

Managerial category: Minimum 21 years, maximum 45 years
Assistant category: Minimum 18 years, maximum 35 years
