The Hem Sarita Pathak Foundation based in Texas of the United States has called for a worldwide poetry competition against corruption amidst the worldwide Corona epidemic. The Foundation, which is campaigning against corruption, organized a poetry contest with a prize of one thousand dollars.
The context of the poem should be about raising awareness against corruption, the Foundation said. A maximum of two hundred words poems will be included in the contest and the poems will be taken by email until May 7, the organizer said.
A list of the best 3 poems will be prepared before the award is decided, according to Hem Pathak, the patron of the Foundation.
A couple living in Texas, USA, have been offering prize money of two million rupees every year to a journalist who uses a pen against corruption from the establishment. The Foundation has been assisting in the construction of school buildings in various places and in the study of helpless children.
