As a regular examinee (with the first two digits of the registration number 80), participating in the examination and obtaining a minimum grade of D or higher in the other subjects on the theoretical side and obtaining NG (Not Graded) on the remaining two subjects or on the theoretical side.
Class 12 Chance Mauka Exam Form Grade Increment- Who are eligible
Candidates who have obtained grade D or higher in other subjects and are absent in at most two subjects or have obtained grade D or higher in other subjects and are NG (Not Graded) in one subject or Absent in one subject. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned as the opportunity (supplementary) examination program has been fixed according to the schedule so that only the candidates can participate in the examination.

For the candidates taking the exam in two subjects, the subject having a smaller code number among the subjects they are taking the exam but participating in the opportunity (supplementary) examination in both the compulsory English and compulsory Nepali subjects, the examination of compulsory English (0041) on the first day and compulsory Nepali (0021) on the second day must be given.

Class 12 Grade Increment Chance Exam- Provisions regarding submission of examination application form
Class 12 opportunity of 2081 (In order to participate in the supplementary examination, an amount of Rs. 600.- (six hundred) per student should be paid to the account of the ward within the date of 14th Bhadra 2081. For this, the amount of Rs. 1,200/- (one thousand two hundred) per student including the late fee must be submitted to the respective offices of the board along with the receipt of the deposit within the office hours of the 19th of Bhadra, 2081.

Chance (supplementary) examination will be conducted for two days only. Candidates who participate in the examination of only one subject, regardless of the subject, must participate in the examination on the first day (2081/05/25) of the examination.
The examination of the candidates participating in the compulsory English (0041) subject will be conducted on the first day only.
Class 12 Chance Mauka Exam Purak Supplementary Exam- FAQ
- Candidates taking the exam in two subjects will have to take the exam on the first day of the subject with the minor code number they will be taking the exam (in the case of the candidate taking the exam in both the compulsory Nepali (0021) and compulsory English (0041) subjects, even if the minor code is 0021, the exam of the subject 0041 must be taken on the first day).
- No other arrangement will be made for the candidates who are absent in the examination according to the prescribed examination schedule.
- Even if there is an emergency holiday, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the examination control office.
- Candidates have to bring materials such as graph paper, chart, log table, Goshwara voucher etc. required for the examination.
- Mobile in exam hall Carrying of other electronic devices including phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices is prohibited.
- The examination can be canceled if it is found that the above material has been taken in defiance of the notification.
- Information regarding examination center determination will be published later.
The exam should be given only from the designated exam center.
