The Industrial Enterprise Development Institute (IEDI), an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution established under the Industrial Enterprise Development Institute Act 1996 (2053 BS), has announced a golden opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs in Nepal.
As part of its mission to empower entrepreneurs for a prosperous Nepal, IEDI is organizing two batches of its Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDP) for the fiscal year 2082/83. This one-week program is designed to help you evaluate your personal capabilities, select the right business idea, and prepare a solid business plan to become self-employed.
What is Entrepreneurship Development Training?
This training is a vital program that equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become successful entrepreneurs. Participants will gain practical insights into:
- The process of starting a business.
- Developing a comprehensive Business Plan.
- Market research and marketing strategies.
- Financial management and risk assessment.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Legal requirements for registration, renewals, and banking procedures for loans.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this free training program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a Nepali citizen.
- Age: Between 16 and 50 years old.
- Education: Minimum of SLC/SEE or equivalent.
