Skill Test Application Open for Tile & Marvel Fixer, Construction Mason, Plumber, Building Painter, Computer Hardware & Network Technician, Welder, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic, Cell/Mobile Phone Repair Technician. All the Skill full candidates with the above skill experience are requested to apply for the Skill Test Application.

Nepal Vocational Qualification System Project II (NVQS- P II) and Madi Municipality of Chitwan District, Indrasarovar, Bhimphedi and Kailash Rural Municipality of Makwanpur District, Marin and Hariharpurgarhi Rural Municipality of Sindhuli District, Gajuri of Dhading District.

On behalf of the rural municipality, the recognition of prior learning (Recognition of Prior Leaming-RPL) method is conducted at a concessional fee from Nepali citizens who want to participate in the Unit-Based Competency skill test (consultation and skill test). This notification has been published for the information of all those concerned to submit the application form at any of the skill test centers as per the schedule.

Minimum qualification for Skill Test application:
For level 1: with knowledge and skill of related business and at least 1 year of work experience in a related profession

For level 2: with knowledge and skill of related business and at least 3 years of work experience in related profession or skill test of level 1 in related business Passed and having 1-year work experience in a related profession

The application form must include 2 recent passport-sized photos, a copy of citizenship certificate, and experience certificate (for experience certificate – must include VAT/PAN number registered with Nepal Government or semi-government organization, or proof of employment duration from related profession/business. Experience certificate is only valid if obtained within 16 years of age).
Individuals with local level work experience can submit recommendation letters from their respective office along with the experience certificate.
Those with foreign employment experience must submit their work experience letter (translated into English if in a foreign language) and a copy of passport/visa when submitting the application form.
If any profession/level receives less than five (5) valid applications, the skill test for that profession/level will not be conducted.
Application forms submitted without proper registration and incomplete forms will be automatically rejected. Information about counseling services and skill tests will be provided via SMS.
Participants can receive their admission card on the last day of the skill test by appearing in person at the center.
The skill test can be conducted considering contact tracing during the pandemic. Based on counselor recommendations, only those applicants who pay the fee (for skill test materials and other expenses) will be eligible to participate in the skill test.
Candidates who participated in previous skill tests must mention their previous registration number. If repeated, they must mark “retest” on the application form. Applicants can only apply for one level and profession.
Those who have passed units in the National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS) can submit proof of passed unit certificates.
