Shine Development Bank Ltd. was established in Butwal-Rupandehi, western Nepal’s economic and industrial center, on Falgun 11, 2065 BS with service regions spanning three districts. After merging with Resunga Bikas Bank on 2069, Chaitra 4 from Gulmi Region, the development bank was renamed Shine Resunga Development Bank Ltd., and its service territories were expanded to ten districts.

The development bank was further merged with Gaumukhi Bikas Bank from Pyuthan district on Jestha 29, 2073 BS. With acquisition of Bhaargav Bikas Bank and Purnima Bikas Bank on 2076, Ashwin 27 the development bank was upgraded to a national level development bank on 2076 Mangshir 10. Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL), a leading national level development bank, is seeking applications from all qualified applicants for the job positions as detailed in the job descriptions and specifications below;

1. Trainee Assistant – Business & IT (Lumbini Province)
Age not exceeding 27 years as on vacancy deadline.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of Management or IT from a recognized university.

2. Research & Development In charge – Junior Officer to Senior Officer (Central Office, Butwal)
Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of Management, Communications, Law, Information Technology or related field from a recognized university. . Minimum 5 years of experience in total with 2 years of experience in the areas of product
development, strategy execution, in-depth research on market trends, and industry developments,
preferably in BFI sectors.
Strong communications, documentations, report writing and research skills.

3. SME Credit Head – Managerial Level (Central Office, Butwal)
Age not exceeding 45 years as on vacancy deadline. Master’s Degree in Management from a recognized university.
5 years of experience in total with 2 years of experience in SME credit business management in BFIS.

4. Retail Credit Head – Managerial Level (Central Office, Butwal)
Age not exceeding 45 years as on vacancy deadline. Master’s Degree in Management from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years of experience in total with 2 years of experience in retail credit business
management in BFIs.

5. Trade Finance Incharge – Junior Officer to Senior Officer (Central Office, Butwal)
Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of Management Minimum 4 years of experience in total with 2 years of experience in Trade Finance department in BFIS.

6. Legal Officer
Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline.
Bachelor’s Degree in law from a recognized university with advocate license.
Minimum 2 Years of law practice in legal firms, BFIs, private or public organizations etc.

Other Information
Transcript and Equivalent Document of the education qualification in case of degree acquired
from foreign university are must to apply for these positions. . The selection process shall involve Group Discussion, Preliminary Interview and Final Interview based on the positions applied.
