In order to form a management group consisting of two persons for the management and operation of the troubled Super Microfinance Financial Institution Limited, Tulsipur, Dang, as the following posts are to be filled, interested and qualified Nepali citizens are invited to submit application forms.

Service period – 1 (one) year (service period can be renewed up to two times for 6/6 months based on needs and work progress).
Candidates should not be over 65 years of age on the last date of submission of application.

Salary Remuneration and other benefits –
Rs.1,25,000/- (one lakh twenty five thousand only) for the coordinator and
For members Rs. 1,05,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Five Thousand only) monthly salary (including tax as per rules) will be provided.

An amount equal to one month’s salary will be provided for Dasain expenses. Apart from that, no other type of allowance will be provided.
