The process of acquiring land for projects under MCC has started in three districts (list). The process of acquiring land in three districts for projects under the US aid project MCC has started.

MCA Nepal published a notice on Tuesday and said that the process of acquiring land in Dhading, Palpa and Tanahun has started. For this, a technical team will be deployed to check the size of the land required for the project at various local levels in the three districts, to conduct a survey, to separate the road, and to bury the fort.

According to MCA Nepal, the technical team will reach the village three days after the notification is published. For this, it has been decided from the first meeting of the Compensation Determination Committee chaired by the Chief District Officers of the three districts to take preliminary action and proceed with the land acquisition.

Now the process of acquiring land for power transmission lines is about to start in all the three districts. After acquiring the land, the construction work will begin.
