1. ASST. MANAGER SERVICE & SPARE PARTS(Sitapaila, Kathmandu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure service quality
• Resolve technical issues
• Manpower development/management
• Warranty management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 6-7 years in automobile industry
Must have previous experience in operational work in service

2. SERVICE ADVISOR-2 (Sitapaila, Kathmandu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure the customer satisfaction
• Ensure the achievement of targets
REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 2- 3 years in automobile industry

3. NETWORK SERVICE ENGINEER(Sitapaila, Kathmandu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Resolve timely technical complain of product
REQUIREMENTS
• Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-3 years in network development in automobile industry

4. HEAD TECHNICIAN(Sitapaila, Kathmandu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Floor management
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Raise service standard through quality of work
REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in automobile industry

5. SR. TECHNICIAN(Sitapaila, Kathmandu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform scheduled maintenance service,
such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
Advice customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 6-7 years in automobile industry

6. JR. TECHNICIAN-2 (Sitapaila, Kathmandu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working knowledge of the techniques and procedures to diagnose mechanical and operating problems in automotive equipment
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance inspection techniques
REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-4 years in automobile industry
