Rastrapati Shaikshik Sudhar Program Karyakram Application Open for All community school. The Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD) published Rashtrapati Sahaikshik Sudhar Karyakram Application Open Notice. Public schools, who are interested in the Presidential Educational Reform Program ( Rashtrapati Shaikshik Sudhar Karyakram) to submit project proposals through the local level.

Notice to submit proposals through the local level to public schools willing to participate in programs including expansion of physical facilities under the President’s Vocational Reform Program.

Rastrapati Shaikshik Sudhar Program Presidential Education Improvment Program Priority Areas for Proposals:

School physical infrastructure development program (2-room and 4-room school buildings).
ICT provision management (PROJECTOR, SMART BOARD, TV SET and other materials) and DIGITAL LIBRARY management in schools.
Establishment of new technical schools.

Grounds for requesting School Physical Infrastructure Development Program (2-room and 4-room school buildings):

Buildings and classrooms are not enough based on the number of students.
For the construction of the school building, the school should have its own property and there should be enough land to build a toilet inside the school building.
There should be no programs for construction of buildings from Union, state and local levels and any donor organization or there should be no duplication.

ICT implementation management (PROJECTOR, SMART BOARD, TV SET and other materials) and DIGITAL LIBRARY management in schools:

ICT should be introduced and secondary schools that do not have a DIGITAL LIBRARY system should be implemented.
Schools operating at the basic level up to class 8 can also be included.
There should be electronic arrangements with necessary rooms and internet for ICT lay management and DIGITAL LIBRARY arrangements.
If there is a school where computer subjects are taught, proof of the disclosure of its practices should be included.
There should be schools that have not received grants for ICT use management in the past years

Schools interested in operating local level technical schools that are not operating new technical schools:

Until now, the number of local level students who have not been selected by the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, the then Department of Education and the Education and Human Resource Development Center for technical stream operation is high and the interested secondary schools that are in a situation where technical stream operation can be conducted, including the subject of technical stream that they want to operate. The proposal should be submitted in a clear manner.

Public schools wishing to participate in the programs including the expansion of physical facilities under the Presidential Educational Reform Program for the current Fiscal Year 2078/079 are asked to submit proposals as provided in the Presidential Educational Reform Program Implementation Procedure 2076 approved by the Government of Nepal.
In addition, public schools wishing to participate must submit a proposal within given timeline as per the prescribed format.
