Action Plan (Incorporating the youth in the mainstream of state and national development by increasing the meaningful participation of the youth in the development of the state and nation from policy making to implementation level by promoting the role and contribution of the youth in education, skills, entrepreneurship and employment by protecting, promoting and empowering the rights and interests of the youth). Documents to be submitted with action plan (minimum 2500 to maximum 3000 words)

1. A copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship b) A copy of the certificate of at least bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the Government of Nepal
2. Not below 40 years of age
D) At least five in the field of protection, promotion and empowerment of the rights and interests of the youth
Documents certified by the concerned organization regarding the work experience of the year
E) Certified documents from the organization currently working in the field of youth
F) Self-declaration not found guilty by the court in any criminal case.
