Honourable Chief Minister of Bagmati province Dormani Paudel, exudes gentle demeanour. A statesman with canny political instinct, he has perspicacity to pick the suitable person. A visionary who contemplated that academy will be the ultimate spear head of teaching and learning. He firmly asserts on integrated reforms on social changes and nationalism.
