1. Senior Manager / Manager (Management Category)

- Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA with a valid certificate.
- Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in an officer-level role at a Bank or Financial Institution (BFI) OR 3 years of experience in any organized institution.
- Strong knowledge of SIS/ECL/NFRS Reporting.
- Deep understanding of NRB Directives, Labor Act, Tax Laws, and BAFIA.
2. Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant / Junior Assistant (IT Department)

- Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (PCL) or equivalent in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a BFI or organized institution for Supervisor/Senior Assistant roles.

- For Assistant Level: 18 to 35 years.
