  1. THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR IS EXPECTED TO:
    a. Ensure quality assurance and advocacy across initiatives. Establish monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.
    b. Research and address community needs in underprivileged regions.
    c. Plan, execute, and evaluate impactful projects (80% focus on Karnali Province, 20% nationwide).
    d. Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders.
    e. Provide weekly updates to Nepal Management and annual reports to global management.
    f. Conduct monthly/quarterly visits to the Kathmandu office.
  1. THE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR IS EXPECTED TO:
    Act as the sole liaison and logistical support for foundation programs in Nepal.
    Ensure financial accountability by managing budgets with the finance team.
    Collect and analyze project progress data as per the Annual Plan.
    Submit monthly reports, including expenses and activity progress.
  2. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor’s degree in management, Economics, Social Work, Public Health, Development Studies, or related. At least 2-3 years of community development experience with independent work capability.
    Proficiency in Nepali and English (verbal, written, typing).
    Strong skills in project management, organization, MS Office, IT support, data management, and reporting. Self-motivated, adaptable, accountable, and able to represent the foundation independently in Nepal.
