On the occasion of World Investor Week, Various programs from Kartik 6 to 12, 2081 As the board is going to organize an essay competition in the course of organizing it, the essays prepared on one of the following topics from all the interested students studying at the bachelor’s and master’s level in various universities and campus colleges under it will be subject to the following conditions on this date 2081.
Last Date To Submit Essay: 2081 Ashwin 28th.
Essay Titles:
1. Fundamentals of Investing in Capital Market.
2. Prevention of Frauds and Scam in Capital Market: Role of Investors, Market Intermediaries and Regulator.
Conditions:
- Essay should be in Nepali or English medium. When sending the essay, the recommendation of the campus/college must be attached. The wordfile of the essay (.docx format) must be sent to training@sebon.gov.np.
- The essay must be at least 1,500 and maximum 3,000 words.
- The essay must not be published elsewhere and submitted for publication elsewhere.
- The essay will be evaluated on the following bases:- Structure of the Essay: Introduction (Background Information, Central Argument, Outline) Body Paragraphs (Topic Sentence, Evidence, Analysis) Conclusion (Key Argument, Major Ideas, Insight) Evidence Clarity and Precision Originality Citations and Referencing Plagiarism
Prize Details:
Based on the excellence of the essays received, the prize money will be provided as follows:-
First Prize: Rs.25,000/-
Second Prize: Rs.15,000/-
Third Prize: Rs.10,000/-
All the rights to include the essay in the competition shall be vested in the board.
