Nepal Bar Council notice regarding of Advocates Online Form. The online application form has been opened for the 32nd exam of advocate level from this council, candidates who have qualified as follows can fill the application form by attaching the following documents.

With Double Fee: 2081 Ashwin 24 to 2081 Ashwin 30

Required Qualifications:
- Passed graduation in law or obtained a lawyer’s certificate and continuously practiced law for 7 years.
- Interim order dated 2080.09.6 of Supreme Court Constitutional Bench Case No. 080-FN-0484 (079-wc-0010) in the case of students who have passed their graduation in law from Nepal Open University. Before the implementation of 2077, only those who have studied in Nepal Open University and obtained a degree will be allowed to fill the examination form.
Documents to be attached
- Graduation certificate in law, character certificate, and certificate of Nepalese citizenship.
- Equivalence Certificate from Tribhuvan University if studied abroad
- If you have been practicing law for 7 years continuously as an advocate, the certificate of the advocate and a document confirming that you have practiced law for 7 years continuously.
- A recent passport size photograph with both ears clearly visible.
- A clearly visible photograph of applicant’s signature and lapche (thumb of both hands) on plain white paper.
Exam Application Fee for Nepal Bar Council Advocate Adhibakta:
- Examination form fee Rs. 500.- and examination fee Rs. 4,000.- to a total amount of Rs. 4,500/- Council’s National Commercial Bank Thapathali Branch Ac.No. 1430100001135001 or Siddharth Bank Ltd. of Hattisar branch Ac No 00115403919 submitted bank voucher or proof of registration must be entered in the online form.
- Applicant’s full name, surname and mobile no. Must be mentioned.
- Same mobile no. cannot used to be deposited in the name of more than one applicant.

How can i fill my Pleader Licence?
If you hold a pleader’s license, you need to provide your Personal Information and Guardian Information. After that, on the Qualification page, you should click on the create new qualifications. If you do not possess any details for the fields, you must specify “pleader” in all the fields. Additionally, you should select “pleader” as your type and upload an image of your license.
I am not receiving any otp code?

How can I review my account?
