Key Responsibilities:
The GWT Rehabilitation Lead is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of highest quality in all GWT-N rehabilitation services.
This includes monitoring of clinical care, responsibility for clinical training and performance management, developing services, providing feedback and guidance to the GWT-N CRTs and medical management teams, and working with external providers to enhance GWT-N rehabilitation services.
The Rehabilitation Lead supports the Deputy Medical Director and Medical Director in strategic planning and overall management of GWT-N rehabilitation services and is responsible for the effective professional management of all GWT(N) rehabilitation staff.
The Rehabilitation Lead role will have a strong training and mentorship component within their professional area of expertise, and in this role, will also interface to an extent with all GWT(N) medical staff involved in PMC delivery
The GWT(N) Rehabilitation Lead is responsible for leading a team of 15 Rehabilitation Therapists based in 9 GWT centres throughout Nepal (including two residential homes with in-patient rehablitation facilities), and one in Darjeeling.
