Required Document Lists during EPS Korea Topik Health Medical Checkup Time
While going for a medical check up for EPS korea Topik, the applicant must carry the following documents.
a. Copy of passport submitted while filling the application form.
b. Admission letter of EPS-TOPIK test.
c. 2 copies of recent passport size photograph.
d. For health examination fee Rs. 7,300 from the bank designated by the concerned health institution or It should be submitted at the counter of the health institution.
e. As the report of the health examination will be received from the concerned hospital, the concerned candidates are informed to contact the concerned hospital on the specified date and time with the cash receipt or bank voucher submitted to the hospital to get the report.
f. Other information about health examination will be available from the concerned hospital.
g. The concerned persons should contact the designated hospital for health examination on the date of health examination.
