L1 Support In-Charge
Location: Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu
Qualifications/ Skills:
Bachelor Degree preferably in IT from recognized Institution.
Must have worked in call center environment.
Minimum Three Year experience in Customer service industry, and minimum 1 year experience in team lead.
Proven experience in team management, call analysis and Technical issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and high quality service delivery
Monitor performance metrics, including call handling, first call resolutions and
customer satisfaction scores.
Assist team member is troubleshooting network connectivity, hardware and software issues.
Analyze support trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Provide feedback to Product and Operations team based on costumer issues and support trends.
