1. Deputy General Manager (DGM): One

Job Description:
The DGM will be accountable /responsible to the CEO. He/She has to monitor functions of department heads, branch offices & provide guidance to them. He/She should ensure that the bank operates in compliance with good governance practice.
Key competences & qualification:
• Proven knowledge of banking industry with an experience of at least 7 years in Officer Level or senior position in BFIs.
• At least a Master degree in Management, Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration from any recognised university, or Qualified Chartered Accountant. Strong correspondence and presentation skill.
Proven knowledge and skill for strategic planning and implementation. Ability to work in a team from the leadership role.
Ability to provide policy input in corporate and operational level.
• Strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and corporate business targets.
Selection Criteria:
Interested candidates should submit the action plan to meet the aforementioned responsibilities alon with application. Shortlisted candidates will be required to give a Powerpoint presentation of the action plan in line with their work experience, knowledge and motivation to the expert panel followed by final inerview session.
