Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management Job

Experience: Assistant: Minimum 2 Years & Sr. Assistant: Minimum 3 Years of Banking
Experience in any NRB licensed BFIs. Have performed job role of Jr. Assistant for Assistant Level and Assistant & above for Sr. Assistant Level.
Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
Good negotiation and presentation skill.
Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
