(1) Since the company will send vacancy and exam related information to the applicant’s Email Id, the applicant is requested to register using his official Email Id only. After registration, the system will send an activation link to the applicant’s email. You can login by using the email you provided as user ID and the password you created as password. Applicants who have applied in the previous advertisement can use their existing user ID and password. If the password is forgotten, it can be reset by going to Forgot Password.

Education, Training. In order to apply for the post in Experience, Council and Privilege group, you have to enter the necessary details as per the demand and upload and save the documents. Permanent employees working in Nepal Telecom who are applying for promotion and AP must go to the Service History Tab that opens after selecting NT Staff in their profile and type in the Employee ID, and upload the necessary information for the advertised position. But the applicant applying only in the open side does not have to make an entry in the Service History. The size of the document and photo to be uploaded should not be more than 200kbs. When typing the name in Nepali, only Unicode should be used. The passport size photograph to be uploaded by the applicant should be taken recently and the facial features should be clearly visible.
