A job vacancy notice is published for inviting applications from Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications as the city police (unranked post) has to be filled through an open competitive examination through a service contract. Interested Nepali citizens who meet the minimum qualifications can apply within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours. Application fee: Application fee along with application form Rs. 500/- (literally five hundred) should be paid. In case of candidates applying in more than one group, Rs. 100/- (literally one hundred) will have to pay additional fee. The application must be submitted to the Revenue Administration Division of this office

Age limit: In case of City Police Constable, not exceeding 18 years and not exceeding 30 years till the last date of submission of application. However, in the case of former soldiers and policemen, not exceeding 40 years.
