The company is going to issue 522,000 ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100. It is an institution established under the Companies Act, 2063 BS and the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, 2073 BS. The registered office of this MFI is Kaski District, Pokhara Municipal Corporation Ward no. 8, Simalchaur, Kaski.

Out of which 0.5 percent of the issued capital i.e. 8000 shares of ordinary shares have been allotted to the employees and 5 percent of the shares allotted to the general public i.e. 36,100 shares have been allotted to the collective investment fund. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 4 lakh 87 thousand 500 lots.
Applicants will be able to apply for a minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 5,220 lots when applying for the shares. The issue of the shares will be open from Magh 21 and will be closed on Magh 25 at the earliest and on Falgun 6 at the latest.
