Balefi Hydropower Company Limited Open General Public IPO issuance and sales open from Chaitra 16 (March 30). The company is issuing IPOs for general public investors. The general public investors will be able to apply for the remaining 16,63,453 shares IPO.
Applications for the IPO can be submitted by all C-ASWA member banks and financial institutions and their branch offices approved by the Nepal Securities Board. In addition, the application for the IPO can be applied from my share web and app portals.
The company have 18 lakh 27 thousand 970 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 crore per share. The IPO share application deadline will be on Chaitra 21 at the earliest.
