According to the letter received from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the teachers who get retirement by calculating the temporary service period as per sub-section (7) of section 11 (f) of the Education Act 2028 cannot be promoted to a higher level as per rule 39 of the Teachers Service Commission Rules 2057. It is requested to take necessary action accordingly to all Education Unit Office.
