JOB Vacancy Post Details- Saurabh Group Sarbottam Steels Company

  1. Purchase Head/Manager – Kathmandu Valley 
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline. MBA is an added advantage. 
    • At least 7 years of experience in commercial, logistics, or procurement management in any manufacturing company. Strong negotiation skills. – Leadership and effective communication skills. Good working knowledge in any ERP system.
    Major Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operations of supply chain management, procurement of best quality goods and spare parts at the best rates. Track price-to-performance ratios for all purchases. • Develop new vendors. Explore alternative products or specifications. Plan purchases across financial quarters and the fiscal year for multiple business units. • Inventory management team management, record keeping and reporting of all information.
  2. Accounts Head / Manager – Kathmandu Valley
    • Certified CA/CPA/ACCA or FCCA. Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/MBS) is also accepted.
    • At least 5 years of experience in any manufacturing company as Accounts Manager, Accounts Supervisor or Finance Manager or Chief Financial Officer. – Strong knowledge in any ERP System. Basic knowledge of SQL programming is a big bonus. Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software.
    Major Responsibilities: Conduct regular financial analysis along with costing, reporting, and documentation. • Develop internal audit and control mechanisms. Manage cash flow and working capital. Maintain banking relations and treasury management. – Ensure statutory compliance (NFRS) and taxation.
  3. Sales Head / Manager – Kathmandu Valley With All Nepal Travel
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (BBA/BBS). MBA is an added advantage. • At least 10 years of experience in the sales & marketing of construction-related products.
    Major Responsibilities: – Develop relationships with new prospects and maintain existing partnerships. • Drive sales through a consistent policy-bound method with no ad-hoc sales. – Lead a large sales team to deliver on monthly sales and collection targets.
  1. Project Sales & Marketing – Kathmandu Valley With All Nepal Travel
    – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech). – At least 5 years of experience in any manufacturing company with project sales or marketing. Solid technical background in quantity Surveying, BOQ estimation, project billing, bar-bending schedule, concrete / RCC design, construction project management. Good Auto CAD skills.
    Major Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team and clients in understanding the technical aspects of construction products. • Execute marketing ideas and campaigns. Compile information on competitors’ products.
  2. Store Keeper – Province 2 or 5
    – Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline. 10+2 is also accepted. . Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing sector or supply chain. • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of inventory management module in any ERP is highly preferred.
    Major Responsibilities: • Receive and issue spare parts and goods. Oversee flow of vehicles, goods, and documents. • Coordinate with purchase, sales, weighbridge, gate, admin, quality teams.
  3. Senior Instrument Engineer – Province 2 or 5 .
    Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication (BE/BTech). BE in Electrical and Electronics is also accepted. – At least 8 years of experience in cement manufacturing sector. . Leadership, team building, communication and supervision skills.
    Major Responsibilities: – Plan Ventomatic rotary packing plant maintenance activities to ensure reliable operations. • PLC, SCADA, DCS programming. Instruments and sensors operation and maintenance. Coordinate between loading, dispatch, sales, mechanical and electrical teams. • Minimize downtime and maximize packer efficiency. Maintain and place orders for spare parts.
  1. Chemist – Province 2 or 5
    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (BSc). BE in Chemical Engineering is also accepted. • At least 2 years of experience in any manufacturing sector or laboratory. . Strong computer knowledge with MS Office. Handle large data sets with command of statistics.
    Major Responsibilities: • Ensure production as per Nepal Standard (NS) guidelines. Maintain accurate logbooks and reports, with necessary data entry and analysis. Operate x-ray spectrometers, calorimeters, along with other high tech lab equipment Chemical analysis with hands-on sampling, sieving, weighing, filtration, titration and testing. Calibration of weighing and testing equipment, with proper equipment calibration certificates.
  2. Scrap Purchase Officer – Kathmandu Valley
    Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline. 10+2 is also accepted. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing sector or supply chain. – Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
    Major Responsibilities: Ensure daily coordination between suppliers, factory, accounts and management. Reconcile prices and quantities as per quality parameters. Issue relevant credit/debit note statements. Maintain inventory stock levels within predefined high/low quantity limits. Plan cashflow and payments along with finance team.
  3. Junior Accountant – Province 2, 3 or 5
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (BBA/BBS). MBA is an added advantage. At least 1 year of experience in any sector in the finance / accounts department. Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office or any accounting software.
    Major Responsibilities: Timely data entry of journal, ledger, cash, bank entries. Conduct basic financial analysis along with reconciliation Visit bank branches to coordinate payments, vouchers, documents. Deliver checks or documents to various institutions or Ensure correctness and completeness of customs documents for imports and exports. Handle insurance documents and policies.
  4. Senior Sales Officer – Province 1 to 7
    – Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline. • At least 3 years of experience in the sales & marketing of construction-related products.
    Major Responsibilities: Develop relationships with new prospects and maintain existing partnerships. Drive sales through a policy-bound method with no ad-hoc sales. Ensure customer satisfaction while upholding company rules and policies.
  1. Dispatch / Sales Coordinator – Kathmandu Valley
    – Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of experience in any supply chain or sales sector.
    Major Responsibilities: • Receive, verify, and dispatch orders for products or deliveries. Communicate changes in price or other sales policy to all sales officers country wide – Coordinate daily workflow with documentation. Report to senior management.
  2. Safety & Admin Officer – Province 2 or 5
    Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or training related to industrial workplace safety and training At least 2 years of experience in a position of supervision of workers in a factory in production, maintenance, admin, or safety department.
    Major Responsibilities: • Develop safety policies and procedures. Organize team meetings, solve safety issues, coordinate audits and inspections. Ensure policies are adopted factory-wide. • Track corrective actions and incident data, review important safety documents.
  3. Electrical Engineer – Province 2 or 5
    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/BTech). BE in Electrical and Electronics is also accepted. At least 3 years of experience in any manufacturing company. 5 years plus is preferred. – Hands-on experience with high voltage systems (132 kV, 66 kV, 33 kV, 6.6 kV, 415V).
    Major Responsibilities: . Plan shutdown and maintenance activities, while ensuring safety. Conduct panel maintenance. Maintenance of compressors, pumps, lights, ACs, and other utilities. Handle various back-up power sources like DG, FO Genset, UPS etc, along with synchronization. • Maintain circuit-wide good power factor, Inspect capacitors. Repair motors by rewinding.
  4. Mechanical Engineer – Province 2 or 5
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (BE/BTech). • At least 3 years of experience in any manufacturing company.
    Major Responsibilities: Perform hands-on maintenance on all kinds of production machinery Maintain proper spares. Track performance of consumables. Reduce repair and maintenance costs. Optimize machines for uptime and efficiency. Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance checklist items, along with routine inspections. Ensure clean and safe working environment near machineries.
