Sanima Life Insurance Company Ltd Opened IPO Initial Public Offering Shares for General Public. IPO shares of Sanima Life Insurance Company have been opened to the public. Sanima Life Insurance is going to issue initial shares (IPO) worth Rs 600 million. The company has stated that it will open sale and application for 60 Lakh Kitta IPO lots from Shrawan 20, 2078.
Out of 60 Lakh Kitta shares at the face value of Rs 100, 300,000 shares (5 percent) will be given to employees, 300,000 shares (5 percent) to collective investment funds and 54 Lakh shares to the general public.
The company has stated that applications can be submitted for the IPO of the company as early as Shrawan 24, 2078 and as late as Bhadra 2, 2078. General investors will be able to apply for 10 lots to 30,000 lots.
