Narayanghat Butwal Road Improvement Project published a notice regarding the Compensation amount ( Xchyatipurti) receive. Affected houses, peoples & landowners are requested to submit all documents for compensation of various structures & lands. The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Roads notice about coming to receive the compensation amount for Narayanghat-Butwal Road Scheme (Eastern Section) Gaidakot, Nawalparasi (East Bardaghat Susta) part.
Under the Narayanghat-Butwal Road Scheme (Eastern Section), for the removal of houses, tahara and community structures as per the details of the road boundary under construction, a letter of recommendation from the concerned Municipal Ward Office to the homeowners, parts of the house owner, land map, Nepali citizenship certificate.
In addition, half of the compensation amount for the house, tent etc. will be paid by the consultant of the concerned municipal office after removing all the structures within one month from the date of understanding the compensation amount for the first installment.
Narayanghat Butwal Road Improvement Project Introduction
SASEC Roads Improvement Project: The Narayanghat-Butwal road is the part of East West Highway. It passes through Chitwan, Nawalparasi and Rupandehi districts. The road starts at Pulchowk of Narayanghat (Chitwan district) and ends at Chauraha of Butwal (Rupandehi district). The total length of the road is 115 km. The project includes major activities, which includes drainage improvement, minor realignment, pavement improvement and widening of the existing road in to 4 lanes with intermediately service lane in both sides.
With the support of GCE Group, China State Construction Engineering Corporation has won the contract to upgrade the highway. The work is being financed by the Asian Development Bank.
