General Administration Ministry ( Samanya Prasasan Mantralya) declares the Karmachari Rajinama Karmachari Abakash Leave approval Adhikrit. Officers appointed by the general administration ministry to accept the resignation of local level employees and province employees and issue leave letters.
As per the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075 BS, a new provision has been made for accepting the resignation of the employees who have been adjusted at the state and local level and appointed at the local level through advertisement as per Article 12 of the same act.
The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has made a ministerial decision appointing an officer to accept resignations and issue leave letters until further arrangements are made for the fifth, 10th level employees of village municipalities, municipalities, sub-metropolitan cities and metropolitan cities.
