The University Grants Commission has already issued a guideline for the implementation of the draft, according to a statement issued by Education Minister Giriraj Mani Pokharel’s personal secretary Puran KC.

The draft provides appropriate and relevant alternative arrangements to remove barriers created by COVID-19 in relation to teaching, research, examination and evaluation of universities and institutions of higher learning operating in the traditional formal manner, the statement said.
The policy director will adopt the necessary and appropriate methods for learning continuity from the alternative method by adopting it as a document.
