Department: Human Resource
Project Location(s): Factory, Chhatapipari, Bara

Job Roles:
Coordinate appraisal related work of factory employees.
Coordinate as well as document the training related activities of the factory.
Acts as a Liaison between factory and corporate regarding HR related issues.
Update the HR related documents in the Factory.
Handle the HR related activities in the Factory

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Management with 3-5 years of experience in the related field
Good communication skills with computer literate

IT ASSISTANT

Department: IT Department
Project Location(s): One for Corporate Office, Adarshnagar, Birgunj and One for Factory, Chhatapipari, Bara
Education: Plus two (+2)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for highly enthusiastic, result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated IT Assistant who has a strong desire to join and grow with us.

Job Roles:
Networking (Configuration of Switches i.e. Cisco, Raisecom, Mikrotik etc).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Installation of (Operating System(O.S), Application software).
Provide desktop and server support.

Eligibility Criteria:
Plus two (+2) with 0-1 year of experience in the related field
Good communication skill with computer literate
