Permanent Lower Secondary Mathematics and Science Teacher at Shree Siddharatnath Namuna Secondary School, Dang, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan.
Why not take action as per Article 16E of the Education Act 2028 (with amendments) and prevailing law as he did not show up at the school even after publishing the 35-day notice?
If no action is to be taken, you must be present at this unit within 15 days from the date of publication of this last notice with clear proof of the cause.
