Agriculture development bank limited (Krishi Bikas Bank Ltd.) recently published the job vacancy notice for CEO Chief Executive Officer Posts. Notice regarding the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of Krishi Bikas Bank Limited. The vacant position chief executive officer in this bank will be filled through open competitive competition, the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073 and the Regulations.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience for the Appointment of Directors and Chief Executive Officers of Banks and Financial Institutions, 2074, Nepal Rastra Bank’s Integrated Guidelines and Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. Based on the procedure for filling the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Interested eligible Nepali citizens who have obtained the following minimum educational qualification and experience for the post of Chief Executive Officer, are requested to fill up form within 21 (twenty one) days from the date of publication of this notice.
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
(a) A Master’s degree in management, banking, finance, monetary economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, accounting, mathematics, business administration or law,
(b) Chartered Accountancy or Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Accountancy, Mathematics, Business Administration
OR Bachelor Degree in Law in Banking and Finance Sector, Government Body, Organized Institution, University
At least ten years of working experience at the official level or above in an international association or organization working,
(c) Completion of qualifications and standards set by Nepal Rastra Bank for Chief Executive Officer.
Documents and details to be submitted:
(a) Candidates should sign and submit detailed personal details (Bio Data) including educational qualification, experience, contact address (email, telephone, mobile number, home and office address) at the end of each page.
(b) Self-attested copies of Nepali citizenship certificate and educational qualification certificate and professional experience.
Must be submitted.
(c) Candidates participating in the presentation and interview should submit their educational qualification, experience, certificate of Nepali citizenship and application.
Copy of other documents submitted along with it must be submitted.
(d) The candidate should submit a Business Plan (not exceeding five thousand words and including four soft copies) in the prescribed format related to Krishi Bikas Bank along with his application.
(e) If the applicant is a service organization with the application, in case the application is submitted, a letter of departmental approval is attached.
(f) Evidence of business experience required for banking business
(g) Evidence of working at a high level in banking or financial business.
(h) 3 outstanding works done as a manager in the past

(d) not found guilty by a court of any criminal charges involving corruption, money laundering, banking offenses or moral turpitude;
(e) Not being bankrupt or being punished for corruption or dishonesty or fraud and not being subjected to bribery, (f) Not paying debts to banks and financial institutions and not being blacklisted according to prevailing laws, (g) Not paying any kind of tax and not having outstanding arrears.
(h) Not disqualified by the Banks and Financial Institutions Act 2073, Consolidated Instructions issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, 2078 and other applicable laws of Nepal.
