Important Notice regarding filling out the application form for the entrance examination in the special scholarship program for free study at the diploma level for 80 students of the local level who do not have access to technical education.

(a) In the case of entrance examination before the introduction of letter marking system, by taking compulsory mathematics, English and science subjects from a recognized educational institution.
S.L.C. Or passed similar examination or related technical S. from the council. L. c. with 68.33 percent marks in the total marks

(b) Admission or S.E. from a recognized educational institution in case of the result of letter marking system. English, Mathematics and Science subjects are compulsory in the exam
Take a 1.6 CGPA out of a 4.0 overall minimum grade point average. or similar or technical related to the program conducted by the council

Required documents to be submitted along with the application form:
9.1 The certificates to be submitted along with the form must be verified by the examinee himself and submitted according to the list. Candidates’ forms will be canceled if they submit the documents without mentioning what should be mentioned in the application form.
(a) Certified copy of the certificate of citizenship or certificate of minor or birth registration proving that he is a Nepali citizen.
(b) S.E.E. Technical S. L. c. /Pre-Diploma Passed Marksheet, Attested Copy of Character Certificates.
(c) Attested copy of migration and equivalence certificate (required in case of passers from other boards other than S.E. Board of Government of Nepal).
(d) 3 copies of recent passport size photograph (35 x 45mm) with clear facial features.
(e) Only Nepali citizens who have permanent residence in 99 municipalities who have not reached the mentioned technical education are eligible to fill the application form.
