What is the fee for an electronic E Passport and machine-readable passport?

The fee for electronic and machine readable passports is the same. But the ordinary passport fee of 66 pages is different. The department used to have one-day, two-day and three-day service, but now, according to the revised passport regulations, the same express service will be issued within two working days. The usual 12,000 fee has been fixed for two days. When applying to the district administration offices, the revenue is Rs 5,000 for a 34-page passport and Rs 10,000 for a 66-page passport. Applying for a 66-page passport costs from the department office is Rs 20,000 rupees. Separate fees have been fixed for diplomatic missions abroad. There are different charges for missing, torn and children under 10 years of age

Is National Identity Card Rastriya Parichaya Patra or its number mandatory? Where can I get it?
