Age Limit: 21 years of age up to and not exceeding 35 years of age and in case of women and disabled candidates not exceeding 40 years of age.
There will be no age limit for permanent civil servants in the civil service and permanent employees of the National Human Rights Commission in the posts of the National Human Rights Service.

Request Custom:- - Examination for the posts of National Human Rights Service will be as prescribed by Public Service Commission, Central Office. An application fee of Rs.1,200.- (one thousand two hundred) has to be submitted for each advertisement. In case of candidates applying in additional advertisement towards the inclusive group of posts of the same service/group/sub-group, for each additional group Rs. 400.- (Four hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.
Minimum Qualification Required
(a) Towards Civil Services:
Not being disqualified as per Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and having obtained the following minimum educational qualifications specified as per Rule 15 of the Civil Service Rules, 2050.
(1) Graduate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution for Nepal Foreign Service, Nepal Administration Service (Revenue and General Administration Group).
(2) Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce or Business Administration from an educational institution recognized for Nepal Administration Service, Accounts Group or any one of Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Public Administration as a core subject or equivalent.
(3) Graduated in Law from an educational institution recognized for Nepal Justice Service (Justice, Law, Government Lawyer Group). (4) Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Commerce from an educational institution recognized for Nepal Audit Service.
(b) Towards National Human Rights Service:
Rule 14 of the National Human Rights Employees’ Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2072 (with amendments) should not be ineligible and should have obtained the minimum educational qualifications specified under Rule 12.
