Minimum qualification required
(a) Educational Qualification: Literate,

(i) Nepalese citizens

Documents to be included with the application:
(a) Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate 1 (one) copy.
(b) recent passport size photograph (of male) with full face (including both ears) clearly visible;

(e) In the case of tribals/tribes listed in the Nepal Tribal/Tribal Uplift National Foundation Act, on the basis of the same list, but if there is more than one house within the tribe listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, listed by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level body. (f) In the case of Madhesi, a copy of the certificate of Madhesi certified by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body until the organization specified by the Nepal Government publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette, but until the organization is specified by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette – 1 (one) copy.
