1. Position: Director of Sales & Marketing (One)
Minimum Requirements:
Age :
Below 45 years
Education : Bachelor’s Degree/higher education qualification/specialized in marketing or related field
Experience : At least 6 years of experience in similar position in five-star hotel with direct supervisory
experience over a sales team. Experience of having worked with International Brands Hotels will be given preference.
Knowledge/Abilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure revenue and room night sales goals are achieved, sales and marketing strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved. Strong knowledge of local businesses, business and market trends in hospitality and strong public relation abilities required.

2. Position: Manager Learning & Developing (One)
Minimum Requirements:
Age :
Below 45 years
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management
Experience : At least 3 years’ experience in similar position. Proven track of record in designing & executing successful training programs, familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning. Workshops, classroom teaching, simulations etc.)
Knowledge Abilities: Good communication and leadership, good computer and database skill. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews. Conduct effective on boarding for new joiners, deploy a wide variety of training methods, managing training budget and meet training metrics of man hour, frontlines etc.
3. Position: Sous Chef/Kitchen Executives (One)
Minimum Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or Hotel Diploma
Age : Below 45 years
Experience : At least 5 years work experience in Food Preparation and Catering Technology, Banquet Kitchen or Chinese Cuisine in Five Star hotels.
Knowledge/Abilities: Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single Food & Beverage outlet or a shift, or section of Food and Beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.

4. Position: Guest Relations Executive-GRE (Two)
Minimum Requirements:
Education
: Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or Hotel Diploma
Age : Below 30 years. Experience : At least 2 years’ experience in similar position or worked in Front Desk/Guest Services preferred.
Knowledgel Abilities: Directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
5. Position: Banquet Executive (One)
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
10+2 or equivalent
Age : Below 40 years.
Experience : At least ten years in Banquet service.
KnowledgelAbilities: Assists in the procurement of conference business and assists in the planning and delivery of service during the conference.
6. Position: Indian Specialty Chefs (Two-One Sr. & One Jr)
Minimum Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or Hotel Diploma
Age : Below 40 years.
Experience : At least five years in northwest Indian Specialty Restaurant
Knowledge Abilities: The candidate should be well accustomed with occupational hygiene, mis-en-place & food preparation, presentation, receiving, storing and administration.
