Information of all concerned in case of any delay in regular reading/reading due to disaster damage caused to the community schools and community campuses in Bagmati province.

Documents to be submitted:
1 Report of the concerned area (including the amount of estimated damage).
2 Certified copy of the decision of the Disaster Management Committee of the concerned local level.
3.Certified copy of the decision of the District Disaster Management Committee.
4 Cost estimate prepared by technicians.Certified copy of the decision of the school management committee.
6 Clear color photos showing the condition of the damage.
7 A file should be prepared along with the letter of the concerned school/campus.
